Wine tasting

Available for: Suitable for adults who wish to get to know apulian wines and flavors.

We are glad to welcome you in a 1400s stone cellar, located in Alberobello "Rione Monti", tasting the secrets of our land.
1. STANDARD TASTING
1 glass of IGP or Dop white wine
1 Glass of IGP or Dop Rosé wine
1 glass of IGP or Dop red wine
Craft Tarallini, Friselline with cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano.
2. DELUXE TASTING
3 glasses of wine of your choice
Traditional appetizer: Friselline with cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, salt, oregano. Mixed platter of typical local cold cuts and cheeses with a mix of jams and organic honey and homemade bread.
3. VEGAN TASTING
3 glasses of wine of your choice
Typical appetizers: Friselline mix (with olive pâté, turnip greens pesto, sweet and sour red pepper cream, sun-dried tomato cream), mix of vegetables in oil (artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, lampascioni, sliced aubergines) accompanied by homemade bread.
4. WINE GOLD SELECTION TASTING
3 top-of-the-range wine glasses (balloon) from the best Apulian companies to choose between white and red
Typical snacks
GLUTEN FREE OPTION
(bread, friselline and gluten free tarallini) with a supplement to be specified at the time of booking.
Tastings by reservation only. Hours: 12:00-18:30-19:00. Other times are available upon request for availability. Closed on Thursdays.
