HOMEMADE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

The breakfast hall of Trulli Holiday (Così Com’Era) is ready to welcome you in the very central Piazza del Popolo, the main square of Alberobello. Alternatively it is possible to enjoy breakfast in your trullo by asking the staff for a take-away service through a special box.

The homemade continental breakfast includes a sweet and savory buffet with hot and cold drinks. Donuts, cakes, tarts, bread, yogurt and much more are produced daily in our kitchen with selected ingredients. Cured meat and cheese are carefully chosen from the best local companies, as well as the EVO oil and honey.

FARMER'S BRUNCH
“Così Com’Era” also proposes the Farmer's Brunch, available on reservation. The word "brunch" combines "breakfast" (breakfast) and "lunch" (lunch), therefore it is a hearty breakfast which, eaten late, also replaces lunch. “Così Com’era” proposes a brunch inspired by the local peasant tradition which includes EVO oil, strictly local jams and honey, traditional sweets, coffee and much more. Farmer's Brunch menu depends on the seasonal ingredients availability, so ask us for more informations and closing time

BRUNCH A LA CARTE AND BAKERY
In addition to breakfast and the Farmer's Brunch, the à la carte menu is always available and can be viewed online, where to choose healthy and original food like ricotta cheese, bruschettone, egg with almonds, the various friselle, homemade yogurt bowls, pancakes and much more, as well as local wines and craft beers. “Così Com’Era” also produces a Bakery line: traditional fragrant baked products.

In fact, our guests receive a document with a list of recommended restaurants and their contact details during check-in. Reservation is required to ensure quality service.
