The "Farmer's Brunch" is a very special food experience inspired by the peasant Alberobello tradition. You will be accompanied by the staff along an exciting journey that includes: trio of tradizional and cereals "tarallini", olives. Platter of cured meats (culatello, capocollo, rolled bacon, sliced salami) and cheeses (cow, spicy, pistachio or walnuts and mozzarella). Focaccia, local honey and sweet onion compote. Frisella. Traditional sweets and coffee. It is served in "Così com'era" breakfast room, just behind Trulli Holiday's reception. A vegan option is also available.
