If you have chosen Puglia for your vacations, probably you want to learn all the secrets of our traditional recieps to prepare a good Apulian dish. You will learn how to prepare the traditional Apulian fresh Pasta (orecchiette or cavatelli), at the end of the pasta class we prepare the pasta made and we serve it with a sauce based on the season. We include a large antipasto of local products, traditional dishes, local wine and final dessert. The cooking class will be held in our living stone room, a perfect location to recreate ancient recipes. Min. 6 people.
