Learn about the wine production, taste the gorgeus wines of the farm and enjoy typical apulian food. Through the land of a farmhouse just 7 km from Alberobello, the experts will deepen the information and curiosities on the cultivation of this extraordinary vine plant, from the earth to the glass. The small organic winery is entirely surrounded by vineyards and the oldest rooms, in limestone, are used as rooms for wine tastings and other food and wine experiences. A large panoramic square, the center of ancient rural life, allows you to taste the wine in an unforgettable bucolic setting and to carry out activities even in the open air. Everything is collected and produced at zero km. The vineyards are located in a small valley of karstic origin, the "Canale di Pirro", characterized by a very particular microclimate: the generous Puglia solar radiation combines unusually cool night temperatures, with daily temperature ranges that go beyond 20 degrees even in the height of summer: this gives the wines a great aromatic complexity together with an unusual "acid thorn". The wine-experience in the Winery begins with a guided tour throw the vineyards and the Winery, and after that we serve the wine-tasting on the terrace, if the weather is fine, or in the wine-tasting room.
